Empowering Hospitality Entrepreneurs
HOSSKILLS focuses on giving entrepreneurs the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to run modern hospitality businesses.
Through practical learning modules, workshops, and mentoring activities, participants develop both the digital and operational competences required to manage their daily operations, reach customers online, and scale sustainably.
While large chains have resources to adapt, small businesses and young professionals risk being left behind. Many lack the digital skills needed to thrive in this new environment.
HOSSKILLS addresses this gap by combining practical digital training with entrepreneurial skills, ensuring that the hospitality sector is not just surviving — but innovating.
Learning from Real Entrepreneurs
We believe in learning through inspiration. That’s why the project highlights real success stories — showcasing entrepreneurs across Europe who have embraced digital tools and innovative thinking to grow their hospitality businesses. These role models demonstrate how small steps in digitalization can lead to big results in visibility, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
