Why this Project Matters
Since 2009, our client MVe Udlejning (Development Company) has been known for combining modern comfort with authentic architectural charm across Aalborg, Nørresundby, Svenstrup, and Dronninglund. But even with high-quality apartments, the company faced an increasingly competitive housing market — fewer newcomers to the region, more competitors online, and growing expectations from young renters. Without stronger digital tools, the company risked losing visibility and efficiency in an industry where most tenants start their housing search online.
Our Approach
Aalborg Institute for Development guided MVe Udlejning in building a comprehensive digital strategy. The project focused on three major tracks:
- Website Redesign – transforming a basic site into a modern, mobile-friendly platform with advanced search, filtering, virtual tours, and a simplified booking process.
- CRM Implementation – introducing a customer relationship management system to automate communication, streamline the rental process, and improve tenant engagement.
- Digital Marketing Upgrade – shifting from traditional ads to a targeted digital strategy using social media campaigns, Google Ads, and retargeting, supported by new analytics tools for data-driven insights.

Our role ensured that MVe Udlejning not only adopted new digital tools but also gained the knowledge and confidence to sustain their digital growth in a competitive market.

With its strengthened digital presence, MVe Udlejning is better positioned to attract young renters in Aalborg and surrounding towns while also reaching families moving into Dronninglund. By combining property quality with cutting-edge digital marketing and tenant services, the company has secured a stronger position in North Jutland’s housing market.
