Why This Project Matters
Founded in 2019, Telerepair has grown into a trusted electronics repair company with shops in Roskilde, Lyngby, Hørsholm, and Copenhagen. Known for fast, reliable service and a green mindset of repair over replacement, the company serves both private and business customers.
Yet despite strong values and skilled staff, Telerepair lacked a clear and recognizable digital identity. In a market with fierce competition, this limited their ability to connect with customers online, build trust, and stand out as a sustainable alternative to larger repair chains. Strengthening communication and online presence became essential for scaling growth.
Our Approach
With support from Aalborg Institute for Development through SMV:Digital, Telerepair launched a digital transformation project focused on three key areas:
- Interactive Online Platform – creating a user-friendly website where customers can easily book repairs, find information, and communicate directly with the team.
- CRM Integration – implementing advanced customer management tools to personalize communication, track customer needs, and improve service quality.
- Social Media Strategy – moving from a passive online presence to a structured approach with targeted content, campaigns, and digital storytelling to build a recognizable, human-centered brand.
Process Automation – integrating digital tools to streamline operations, making it possible to serve more customers without losing quality.
Results
Aalborg Institute for Development’s Role
As the SMV:Digital supplier, AID guided Telerepair through advisory workshops, strategic planning, and implementation support. We ensured the company had the knowledge and tools to sustain their new digital systems, from CRM to content marketing, creating long-term independence and resilience.

Looking Ahead
With its new digital identity and tools, Telerepair is well-positioned to strengthen its market presence, expand geographically, and promote a greener approach to electronics repair. The project was not just about building a website — it transformed how the company communicates, engages, and grows in a digital-first market.
