Expected Results

Aalborg Institute for Development’s Role
As the coordinator, the Aalborg Institute for Development (AID) leads the project. AID is responsible for research design, coordination of data collection, and development of the policy report. In Denmark, AID ensures strong stakeholder involvement — from labor organizations to vocational education providers — and drives dissemination at both national and regional levels.
Looking Ahead
Over the next year, Career Compass will deliver data-driven insights and practical policy solutions to improve opportunities for young migrant workers. By the end of the project, governments, institutions, and NGOs will have access to clear, actionable recommendations to foster a more inclusive and skilled labor market in the Nordic-Baltic region.
