Why This Project Matters

Tandlægerne CareDent ApS opened in 2021 with a unique strength: offering dental services in Romanian and Arabic, making it the only clinic in Aalborg catering directly to these communities. This focus created a loyal customer base, but also limited growth opportunities. To expand into the broader Danish and English-speaking markets, CareDent needed to strengthen its online presence and attract new patients through digital channels.

The existing website struggled to convert visitors into patients, and the clinic ranked low on search engines for critical keywords like “dentist Aalborg.” Without better visibility and an optimized customer journey, CareDent risked losing ground in a competitive local market.

Our Approach

With support from Aalborg Institute for Development under SMV:Digital, CareDent launched a digital transformation project focusing on:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy – creating a structured plan to target both minority and mainstream audiences.

  • Website Optimization – redesigning the site to improve usability, credibility, and conversions.

  • SEO (Technical & Content) – optimizing the website to rank higher on search engines for relevant keywords.

  • Social Media Campaigns – building awareness and trust among new audiences.

  • Capacity Building – providing staff with training to manage new tools and digital workflows.

A more user-friendly, optimized website that improves the customer journey.
Stronger online visibility through SEO and higher search rankings.
