Why This Project Matters

SD Scandinavia is a staffing agency providing skilled personnel to demolition companies in Denmark, often sourcing workers from Eastern Europe. While the company had a strong operational base, its digital presence was limited to a basic Facebook page and traditional marketing like flyers. This made it difficult to reach new clients, communicate value effectively, and grow in a competitive market.

To continue expanding, SD Scandinavia needed a stronger online identity, a streamlined sales process, and the ability to market digitally with confidence.

Our Approach

With support from Aalborg Institute for Development under SMV:Digital, SD Scandinavia took major steps in digitalization:

  • Website Development – upgrading from a Facebook-only presence to a professional, user-friendly website showcasing services and value proposition.

     

  • Sales Process Digitization – planning the introduction of online subscription options to simplify service selection and purchasing.

     

  • Digital Marketing Strategy – moving from offline flyers to online ads, learning how to target the right customers on digital platforms.

 

  • Capacity Building – gaining practical skills in SEO, online ads, and website management through workshops and consultancy sessions.
