Why This Project Matters

Natural Cleaning Service is an eco-friendly company in Copenhagen offering toxin-free cleaning solutions for private homes and small businesses. Known for sustainable practices and fair employment, NCS had built a solid reputation locally.

But to grow further and compete in a market dominated by larger players, NCS needed stronger digital skills. Limited competencies in online marketing, branding, and customer outreach restricted their ability to expand, attract new clients, and scale their operations. Strengthening their digital presence became a crucial step toward achieving long-term growth.

Our Approach

With support from Aalborg Institute for Development through SMV:Digital, NCS launched a comprehensive project focused on:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy – developing a complete roadmap including SEO, targeted campaigns, and market research to identify and reach eco-conscious customers.

  • Brand Identity Development – refining visuals and messaging to align with sustainability values and create a consistent online image.

  • Social Media & Content – training staff to produce engaging posts and campaigns that highlight NCS’s ecological approach.

  • Website Optimization – improving user experience, SEO performance, and integrating advanced lead-capture mechanisms and automation tools.

  • New Technologies – adopting SEO software, social media management platforms, email automation, and exploring AI integration to boost efficiency.

  • Staff Training – empowering employees with digital skills while reinforcing the company’s environmental responsibility culture.
