Aalborg Institute for Development (AID) in cooperation with our partners from A More Inclusive Society (AMIS) and Iværksætter Danmark, are inviting all Ukrainians currently living in Denmark to join us for this free online course consisting a series of 3 Free Online Workshops on the topics of Stress, Trauma, Relocation and Healings.
The first workshop of the series is on the 19th February (Sunday), from 10.00-13.00
“Building Resilience: A Path to Managing Stress”
The purpose of the workshop is to provide Ukrainians in Denmark with the tools and resources needed to take care of their mental and emotional well-being and manage stress. The objective of the workshop is to help participants develop healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and negative emotions and help the participants understand and cope with the challenges of adjusting to a new culture. The workshop will focus on teaching self-care techniques and stress management strategies (especially for people fleeing war and experiencing forced relocation). The workshop aims to empower Ukrainians to take control of their mental and emotional health and to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead fulfilling and balanced lives and be able to integrate easier in Danish society.
